The Vesta Promise

Every Vesta Brands LLC product is hand-inspected before dispatch. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will make it right — at our cost.

What is covered

  • Manufacturing defects discovered within 30 days of delivery
  • Damage in transit (please save the packaging and photograph the issue within 48 hours of receipt)
  • Incorrect items shipped

How to claim

  1. Email support@vesta-brands.com with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
  2. We reply within 1 business day.
  3. If approved, we cover return shipping and either replace the item, send a replacement part, or issue a refund.

Long-term care

Titanium is highly corrosion-resistant and low-maintenance. For everyday care:

  • Wipe hardware with a soft dry cloth.
  • Spot-clean bags and pouches with mild soap; air dry.
  • Avoid harsh chemicals, prolonged moisture, or overloading straps and clasps.

Beyond the warranty window

For accidental damage or wear caused by misuse, we offer paid repair and replacement parts where available. Email us with photos — we will let you know what is possible.
