Shipping policy

Vesta Brands LLC is a US-registered company (Casper, Wyoming) operating a transparent direct-to-consumer model. Our team and operations are based in Foshan, Guangdong, China, and orders ship directly from our production and logistics partners, including Guangdong, China. US returns are handled through our logistics partner's warehouse in California.

Processing time

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 2 business days.

Estimated delivery time

United States (contiguous 48 states): Standard delivery is 6–12 business days after the order is placed (1–2 days processing + 5–10 days transit). Most orders arrive within 7–8 business days.

Alaska, Hawaii, US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands), and APO/FPO/DPO addresses: Standard delivery may require an additional 3–7 business days due to carrier handling and final-mile delivery.

International: Transit time after dispatch is usually 10–15 business days. Estimated total delivery time varies by destination, customs review, and local carrier conditions.

Shipping cost

United States: Free standard shipping on orders of $60 or more. Standard shipping is $4.99 on orders under $60.

International: Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking

When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Customs and duties

Customs duties, taxes, import fees, or carrier collection fees may be charged by the destination country or carrier. These charges are determined by local authorities and may change. We do not guarantee that any order will be duty-free.
