These Terms of Service govern your use of vesta-brands.com and purchases from Vesta Brands LLC (“Vesta,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Seller Information

Vesta Brands LLC is the seller and contracting entity for purchases made on the site. It is registered in Wyoming, United States. Its legal registration and correspondence address is 5830 E 2nd St Ste 7000, Casper, WY 82609, United States. This address is not a retail store, operating office, warehouse or return facility.

Our day-to-day operations and customer support are based in Foshan, Guangdong, China. Products are manufactured and fulfilled with partners in Guangdong, China.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or use the site with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the site for an unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code or infringe another person’s rights.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Colors and proportions may vary slightly because of screen settings, photography and normal manufacturing tolerances. Measurements, weights and specifications are approximate unless stated otherwise.

4. Prices, Taxes and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and duties are shown or described before purchase where reasonably possible. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method. We do not directly store complete payment-card numbers.

5. Orders

Your checkout submission is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt; we accept the order when payment is approved and processing begins. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or inventory errors, address problems or legal restrictions. If we cancel after payment, we refund the amount charged.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally processed in 1–2 business days and fulfilled from Guangdong, China. For the contiguous United States, estimated delivery is 5–9 business days total, including processing. Estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, peak periods or address issues. Our Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms.

7. Returns and Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery under our Return and Refund Policy. A return must be approved before shipment. Do not send products to our Wyoming registration address, Foshan office or a parcel’s sender address. Approved U.S. returns use our logistics partner warehouse in California, and the exact address is supplied with the return instructions.

8. Promotions

Promotions may have additional dates, eligibility rules or exclusions. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied after an order is placed.

9. Intellectual Property and Submissions

The site and its content are owned by or licensed to Vesta and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the site only for personal shopping and information. If you submit a review, photo or comment, you confirm you have the right to provide it and grant Vesta a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in connection with our business, subject to our Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Services

The site may rely on third parties, including Shopify, payment processors, carriers and analytics providers. Those services may have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services we do not control.

11. Disclaimers and Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” except for express warranties and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Vesta will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Aggregate liability for a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for it. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law, including fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury or statutory consumer rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Wyoming law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection laws in your place of residence may also apply, and nothing prevents use of a forum available under mandatory law.

13. Changes and Severability

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Changes apply prospectively. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
