Where does Vesta ship from?
Vesta Brands LLC is a US-registered company (Casper, Wyoming). Our team and our manufacturing partners are based in Guangdong, China, a global hub for advanced metal fabrication. We ship orders directly from our production and logistics partners to you, which lets us offer titanium gear without the traditional retail markup.

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery to the contiguous 48 states is 6–12 business days after the order is placed. This includes 1–2 business days for processing and 5–10 business days in transit, with most orders arriving within 7–8 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses may require additional transit time. International delivery times vary by destination and customs review. Tracking information is emailed to you when your order ships.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns of eligible unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with original packaging. If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us with your order number and photos — we will cover the return shipping or arrange a reasonable solution.

What materials are used in Vesta products?
Where titanium is specified, we use titanium alloys (Grade 2 / Grade 5 / TC4 depending on the product). Bags and pouches use technical laminates, high-density nylon, and water-resistant zippers. Each product page lists exact specifications, dimensions, and care instructions.

Do you offer a warranty?
Every Vesta product is hand-inspected before dispatch. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact support@vesta-brands.com with photos and your order number — we will cover return shipping or arrange a replacement.
For everyday wear caused by misuse, modification, or accidental damage, we offer paid repair / replacement parts where available.

How do I track my order?
When your order ships, a tracking link is automatically emailed to the address you used at checkout. You can also track via our order tracking page. If you don't see the email after 3 business days, please check your spam folder, or contact us.

Are customs duties included?
For US orders, you pay the price shown at checkout — no additional customs duties. For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged by your destination country. These are determined by local authorities and are not collected by Vesta.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or APO/FPO?
Yes. We ship to all 50 states, US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands), and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Standard delivery times listed on our site reflect the contiguous 48 states. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and military addresses may require 3–7 additional business days depending on carrier handling and final-mile delivery.
