Do I need to sign up for membership?
No. Membership starts automatically with your first qualifying purchase. Sign in to access your points and redeem rewards. Membership does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Does a necklace and bracelet set count as two orders?
A set or multiple pieces in one checkout count as one order. Club status is based on separate qualifying purchases, not the number of pieces or parcels.
What happens when I return an order?
Refunds and cancellations may change your qualifying order count and reverse points earned on the original purchase. Reward adjustments depend on usage and the applicable return terms. Contact us if your balance needs review.
Can I combine points rewards with another offer?
Points reward codes cannot be combined with other discounts. Existing offers keep their own terms, so choose the eligible offer that works for your order.
