Vesta Brands LLC is registered in Wyoming as the legal home of the business. Our team, product decisions, and production are based in China, close to where the gear is actually made.

Before a product is selected, we look at its daily use case: what it carries, where it rubs, how it opens, how it closes, and whether the material choice actually improves the experience.

For titanium products, the material grade depends on the part. Grade 2 can be useful where corrosion resistance and skin contact matter. Grade 5, also called Ti-6Al-4V or TC4, is used where higher strength and rigidity are valuable.

We describe material details on product pages where they apply, and avoid making broad claims when a product uses mixed materials such as nylon, technical laminates, zippers, or polymer hardware.

Titanium is not an easy metal to machine cleanly. It requires appropriate tooling, slower feeds, heat control, and careful finishing. That is why we work with experienced CNC machining partners in Guangdong, China, a region with deep capability in precision hardware production.

The goal is simple: clean edges, consistent fit, stable finishing, and parts that feel right in the hand.

Products are inspected for visible defects, function, assembly quality, and packaging condition before dispatch. For bags and pouches, that includes zippers, seams, buckles, straps, and surface condition. For titanium hardware, that includes machining marks, edges, finish, and working movement.

By integrating production and logistics, we ship directly from our production partners and international logistics hubs to customers. For US orders to the contiguous 48 states, standard delivery is typically 6-12 business days, with most orders arriving within 7-8 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses may require additional transit time.
